Denver Campus B Lot Changes

The new owners are leasing several parking spaces located in the B lot, as part of the sale agreement. Please reference the the map below that outline the spaces that will be leased out to apartment residents. Signs will be posted indicating that these spaces are reserved. Please do not park in these spaces unless you are a resident of the apartments leasing from the new owners (Switchback on the Platte) and have been authorized to park there. These are regulated by Waterton’s property management team and could result in unregistered vehicles being ticketed or towed.
