The Manna Ministry is an off-campus resource for food and other services offered through Cherry Hills Community Church. Manna Food and Clothing Ministry offers a self-shopping experience as well as haircuts, toiletries, medical assistance, and a clothing boutique. You are welcome to come once a week during your time at the Seminary, and there are many opportunities to volunteer. Just bring a photo id to your first visit.

LIFE CENTER

Life Center is a ministry of Mission Hills Church. This food bank is for emergency services for a total of 6 months per individual/family unit. We ask our Seminary family to honor their request only to use services for a total of 6 months.

WATERSTONE FOOD PANTRY

The Waterstone Food Pantry is an off-campus resource for food offered through Waterstone Community Church.

About the Program

  • WIC is a federal supplemental food program.

  • WIC provides nutrition counseling and vouchers for nutritious foods to income-eligible women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and for children from birth up to age five.

Participant Benefits

  • Nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

  • Free nutritious foods for babies, children up to age 5, pregnant and breastfeeding moms.

  • Breastfeeding support by lactation specialists, classes, and a pump loan program

  • Includes measurements of growth

  • Connection for community partners and resources

  • Access to online nutrition information, covering a variety of topics

  • Information about how to understand your baby's cues about sleep, hunger, and why they might be fussy.
