Spiritual Direction
PERSONAL SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Spiritual Direction is a special space to help grow your awareness of and engagement with God. A Spiritual Director is a companion on your journey, helping you understand how God is moving in your life. This is a great place to bring questions or doubts about your faith and be met with safety and empathy. It is also a great place to grow in awareness of God's love for you. Sessions generally happen once a month and last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

ABOUT:
I am a trained Spiritual Director and Supervisor, having received my education through Denver Seminary’s Christian Formation and Soul Care Master’s program. I have taught as an Adjunct Faculty in the same program for several years, and now direct Denver Seminary's Certificate in Spiritual Direction. I am passionate about holding space for people to gain greater insight into themselves, their relationships, and the Holy Spirit’s invitations through Spiritual Direction and Enneagram Coaching.

FREE SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
If you would like to try direction but are feeling tight with your budget, several directors in training are looking for directees (clients) as they continue growing in their practice. These men and women are participating in a new Spiritual Direction Certificate Program offered by Denver Seminary's Soul Care Initiative.

I have been an apprentice of Jesus for most my adult life, have been married for 38 years with 3 adult sons. Spiritual direction deepens my experience of God's loving and compassionate presence in my life. I value how this form of prayerful conversation provides space to listen together to the Holy Spirit. What a privilege it is to help another deepen their friendship with God in this way.
