Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a special space to help grow your awareness of and engagement with God. A Spiritual Director is a companion on your journey, helping you understand how God is moving in your life. This is a great place to bring questions or doubts about your faith and be met with safety and empathy. It is also a great place to grow in awareness of God's love for you. Sessions generally happen once a month and last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Looking to cultivate a deeper life and relationship with God? Maybe it's time to find a Director! Just like with a counselor or mentor, it's important to find someone who will be a good fit. We encourage you to read through these Director's bios and reach out to schedule a session.

I am a trained Spiritual Director and Supervisor, having received my education through Denver Seminary’s Christian Formation and Soul Care Master’s program. I have taught as an Adjunct Faculty in the same program for several years, and now direct Denver Seminary's Certificate in Spiritual Direction. I am passionate about holding space for people to gain greater insight into themselves, their relationships, and the Holy Spirit’s invitations through Spiritual Direction and Enneagram Coaching.

I have been an apprentice of Jesus for most my adult life, have been married for 38 years with 3 adult sons.  Spiritual direction deepens my experience of God's loving and compassionate presence in my life.  I value how this form of prayerful conversation provides space to listen together to the Holy Spirit.  What a privilege it is to help another deepen their friendship with God in this way.

I am available to meet via Zoom. (I presently reside in Santa Fe, NM.)
